Our venue hire facility has a good reputation for quality event management, with events running on-time in a secure environment. We strive to ensure a minimal delay for service of food and drinks and use a token system with no cash at the point of sale. Botswanacraft has a good relationship with the media and most of our larger events are well covered by the various media and sponsored by at least one print and one radio partner.

Our conference room - Mogopong - is an ideal space for conferences, press briefings, small live musical or dramatic performances. Mogopong can seat up to 100 people cinema style.
We have a range of conference packages which can include a full lunch in the Courtyard Restaurant, where a firm favourite is our signature dish, traidional seswaa with morogo wa Setswana and phaletshe.

We have hosted a number of private dinners for public and corporate clients. We specialise in cultural-themed dinners. We are able to seat up to 500 people in our outdoor courtyard. Leave the food, bar and staffing to us.
With the option to put up our mobile stage and speaker rig, the entertainment opportunities are endless.
